All return requests must be submitted via email to our Customer Care Team.
Returns Policy: We have a 60 day return policy and the products must be sent back in their original packaging. We cannot accept returned blankets that are damaged or have extreme signs of use.
BlanQuil Lite Policy: Due the delicate nature of high wool content Blanquil Lite Wool Blanket, all returns must be in their original, sealed packaging in order to qualify for refund.
We ask that you try the BlanQuil for 10-14 days before submitting a return request. This will allow your body and sleep patterns to adjust to the blanket. You will then experience the maximum benefits that a BlanQuil can provide.
Once the item has been returned to the shipping origin, we will refund you in full. Please note we do not cover the return shipping costs.
If your item has a manufacturing defect or is damaged, please let us know within 30 days of receiving it and we will process an exchange.
