I have found that the bed becomes more firm once it has really had time to completely reshape after being unpackaged. I am loving it because I thought it would be too soft. It's just as described and I am getting better sleep. I just received the pillows so I don't have a comment on them at this time.

For starters I love everything from the packing to how comfortable the blanket was. I slept so well my husband said I snored. BEST SLEEP EVER 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This blanket feels so calming to sleep with, yet also cooling due to the fabric. I slept so much more sound with it! However, my 7 year old daughter who always complains she can’t sleep has stolen it and is now sleeping easy. : )
